Brief Shopping Instructions
Shopping at bodyhug.eu is easy and intuitive.
» Content of your shopping basket will be shown upon selecting an item for purchase.
» You can continue shopping or check out by pressing "Check out".
» Complete "Customer registration form", if you are a new customer.
» Log into your account, if you are existing customer.
» Select method for delivery and payment.
» Change Billing address, if it differs from the delivery address.
» Check that all information is correct.
» Confirm the order - you will receive confirmation e-mailom.
Detailed information about shopping with us
Select required category from menu. All items on offer will be listed with brief description picture, manufacturer, product name and the price. Clicking on manufacturer will display all product of the same brand name. Clicking on picture or product name will display detailed product information. On each product page you can read all customer reviews, or write your own review if you are registered customer. You can also inform any of your friends who may be interested in this product.
If you want to place an item into your shopping basket, press the icon of the Shopping Basket. Content of your shopping basket will be displayed automatically, you can then complete the order by pressing "Order", or you can continue to shop. The content of your shopping basket will be displayed at the top of the page. Total sum will be displayed on right hand side of your page, clicking the shopping basket icon will display its content . You can change the quantity for each item selected, or remove any of the items. After each change please press "Update".
When you have finished you product selection, press "Check out".
1) If you are a new customer, complete the customer registration form with billing details.
2) If you are an existing customer, log in using your e-mail and password selected during registration process.
There are three simple steps in completing your order.
1) Select method for payment and delivery and press "Continue".
2) If your billing and delivery address differ, select billing address and press "Continue".
3) Check that all information is correct and confirm the order.
You will be informed by e-mail when the order is received.
